Description Photoshop.com is a free online tool allowing you to store, organize, modify and share any of your digital images and photos. 
Process
  1. Go to https://www.photoshop.com/
  2. If you have an Adobe ID, sign in.  If not, Click Join to create an account
  3. Once signed in, click My Library
  4. Click UPLOAD PHOTOS to begin adding items to your library or login to another site under OTHER SITES to import existing photos.
  5. Once a photo or image is uploaded, select it and click the Edit button to make changes
